Effective

I tailor my work to the specific and unique needs of individual clients.

I use evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

I continuously undertake professional development to learn new and updated practices and theories, including keeping up to date with the latest research.

I am accountable for the efficacy of my work - to my supervisors, industry colleagues, professional body (AASW), and most importantly - to clients.

I acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the sovereign custodians of the lands on which I live and work. This land was stolen and never ceded. I offer my respect and gratitude to their elders past, present, and emerging. This land always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.
